When will my kit arrive?

Purchase your subscription between the 1ST and the 15TH of the month and your first box will be delivered at the beginning of the following month. Purchase your subscription between the 16TH and the last day of the month and your first box with be delivered at the beginning of the NEXT month. (For example, purchase on the 9TH of October and your first box will be delivered the beginning of November. Purchase on the 22ND of October and your first box will be delivered at the beginning of December); boxes 2, 3 and 4 will be delivered at the beginning of each month following the first box’s delivery.

Can I choose the pen colours in my kit?

Yes you can. You get to choose three pens from six pen colour options. The colour you choose first will be the thinner pen, the second colour you choose will be the thicker pen, and then you get an additional thin pen, which I suggest is a different colour to the others, and something that compliments your Wedding colours. You will also get an HB pencil to use to practice in your workbook, before doing the real thing on the blanks supplied in your kit.

What's the difference between clear and frosted acrylic?

Clear acrylic is transparent and allows light to pass through without obstruction. Frosted acrylic is semi-translucent, diffusing light and creating a blurred or obscured view.

Can I paint the acrylic?

Yes! The best acrylic to paint is the clear acrylic. Use one side of the acrylic to write on, and paint the other. I would suggest you write on them first and then paint after. By doing this, you will easily be able to see that your writing is straight, and you can use the templates to their full effect.
